Actors’ Headshots Perth – Not long ago, Roxanne contacted us to have some new actors’ headshots taken. She had recently changed her hair style and decided that it was time to update her headshots. For some time now, casting agents/directors have requested colour headshots. So we decided to go with some natural light shots in multiple locations and incorporate a few different outfits.

When we first met her, Roxanne reminded us of a young Morena Baccarin, especially in her days on the sci-fi TV series “V”, and her early days on Joss Whedon’s “Firefly”.

Roxanne previously studied at both the University of Western Australia and Edith Cowan University here in Perth. She then made the move to Melbourne to complete an acting course at TAFTA, The Australian Film & Television Academy. The course gave her a lot of hands-on experience in the Australian Film and Television industry. It has also opened the door for Roxanne to continue her studies (and work) in Los Angeles.

Roxanne has also spent some time modelling, so it was a challenge for us to keep to shooting headshots only. We may have sneaked in a few looser crops to make the most of her great outfit selections. The variety of locations that we had planned to shoot provided great lighting and backdrops. Unfortunately we did have to contend with some crowds given the summertime popularity of the area we were in.

We can’t wait to see Roxanne grace out screens, be it on the small screen or in a film role. Maybe next time she’s in town to visit her family she will find the time to again update her actors’ headshots, or stop in for more of a fashion shoot. Hopefully she won’t forget little old Perth when she makes it big in the acting world.
